Who We Are

CM Construction Services, Inc. (CMCS) is a SBA-certified WOSB with a strong focus on federal construction. Our team is well versed in providing complete construction services for our clients.
 
We succeed in both the design-bid-build and design-build delivery methods. As we continue to oversee single capital improvement projects through providing quality program management, CMCS has been able to manage over $500 million in construction by delivering our consistent standard of excellence on every job, regardless of size, scope, or complexity.
