Delta Vector Control District New Laboratory

CM Construction Services, Inc. was hired to provide construction management services to manage the District’s new 4,394 square foot Level 3 Laboratory science suites and support spaces for the Delta Vector Control District. The building includes a multi‐purpose room for meetings and training with a small kitchenette. This project includes a new parking lot and landscaping for the site improvements.
