VUSD Facilities Master Plan

CMCS was chosen by the Visalia Unified School District to conduct a detailed facilities analysis for this 40-campus district. The analysis includes a site-by-site review of conditions and needs, and a prioritized list of projects is now in development, to ensure the most effective use of public funds and address concerns of parents and staff. In addition, CMCS works with VUSD to interview and select architects and contractors for projects funded through Measure E, the local school bond, and is responsible for fiscal oversight of all bond-funded projects.
