Consolidated Mosquito Abatement District HQ

CMAD hired CM Construction Services (CMCS) to perform pre-design services, project management and construction management services for this project. The pre-design services include preparing an operational program for the New Headquarters Facility along with managing the A/E team from schematic design through permitting.

The new HQ building will accommodate new administrative offices and laboratory spaces. The Maintenance Building will include 2 double deep vehicle maintenance bays and shop, storage for equipment and material supplies. On-site improvements such as driveway entrances, security fencing, covered parking areas for department vehicles, alt terrain vehicles and trailers.
