City of Tulare Animal Services: Animal Control Facility

Retrofit, utility infrastructure upgrades and addition to an existing building to house 80 dog kennels, 36 cat kennels, staff offices, restrooms, animal receiving and processing areas, animal quarantine, food preparation and storage, laundry facilities, and adoption and “get-acquainted” areas. Installation of a 1440 SF modular building for offices and a 960 SF building for animal treatment along with associated parking and sidewalk areas.
